Operator & License Owner – Football Platform (Bahrain)

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run Stranger Soccer’s football platform in Bahrain. You will be responsible for building a local community of players, securing venues, and delivering a seamless game experience through our mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, train and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations, community programs or customer‑experience projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
