Optometrist – Retail Eyewear Specialist

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate eye examinations, refractive assessments and diagnose vision conditions.
• Educate customers on lens options, prescription eyewear recommendations and best eye‑care practices.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with retail and clinical standards.
• Support retail sales teams with product knowledge and assist in the selection process when needed.
• Participate in in‑store promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new equipment and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Optometry with a valid local license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or commercial optometry.
