Part-time Coach (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Coach to join our team in Hamad Town. Working in a hybrid model, you will support individuals and small groups in setting goals, creating action plans, and tracking progress while fostering confidence and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions, both in‑person and remotely.
• Prepare session materials and resources tailored to participant needs.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and follow up to ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine coaching programmes and share feedback.
• Uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality, and clear communication with participants and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse individuals.
• Experience facilitating coaching, workshops, or training activities.
• Strong organizational skills for planning sessions, managing schedules, and documenting progress.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for remote sessions, record‑keeping, and communication.
• Relevant background in coaching, counseling, education, mentoring, or a related field.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the community are an asset.
• Formal coaching certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
