Part-Time Remote Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Contract)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking qualified, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join its provider network on a part‑time, contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering evidence‑based mental health care to adults (and optionally children, adolescents, couples, or families) through an AI‑enabled platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions ranging from short‑term EAP goals to medically necessary ongoing therapy.
• Conduct assessments based on brief, evidence‑based online screenings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly.
• Utilize evidence‑based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative teams.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care respecting diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling/psychology in Bahrain with no need for clinical supervision.
• Active professional liability insurance in the jurisdiction of licensure.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Comfortable with tele‑health technology and possess a reliable computer.
• Ability to conduct safety planning and intervene in high‑risk situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
