About the role
We are seeking university students to support Sharia equity screening on a part‑time, on‑call basis. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Bahrain, and involves evaluating companies against established Sharia compliance criteria.
Key responsibilities
- Review companies' business activities and financial ratios against Sharia screening standards.
- Conduct financial and qualitative research to assess compliance.
- Classify equities based on screening outcomes.
- Prepare and document screening results for internal use.
Required profile
- Good understanding of finance and investments.
- Strong research, financial analysis, and report‑writing abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
