Part‑time Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Qiadah, a Saudi‑based car rental company, is looking for a part‑time remote Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email and chat while upholding the company’s high standards of transparency and service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on rental options, reservations and policies.
• Process booking requests, modifications and cancellations.
• Resolve complaints and service issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with branch staff and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a focus on quick, professional issue resolution.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear, courteous communication across all channels.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with CRM or ticketing tools is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail and time‑management skills in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer‑facing roles, especially in transportation, hospitality or retail, is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
