Personal Development Coach

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Development Coach to join our remote team. You will work directly with individuals and groups, helping them unlock their potential, build confidence, and achieve sustainable personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions focused on self‑development.
• Identify client goals, strengths, limiting beliefs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design personalized development plans and actionable strategies.
• Support clients in areas such as confidence building, mindset, productivity, communication, and goal achievement.
• Provide accountability, motivation, and ongoing guidance.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and personal development programs.
• Track progress, adjust coaching approaches, and maintain confidential records.
• Collaborate with internal learning, wellness, and development teams.
• Stay current on coaching methodologies and behavioral science trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active‑listening abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Commitment to ethical coaching practices and confidentiality.
