Personal Trainer

About the role

Spartan Fitness, a premium fitness centre in the Northern Governorate of Bahrain, is seeking a full‑time Personal Trainer to join its on‑site team. You will create individualized workout plans, conduct fitness assessments, and guide members through safe, effective training sessions using the club’s extensive cardio, strength and functional equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized workout programs aligned with client goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coach clients on proper technique in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings.
• Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle advice to support training outcomes.
• Collaborate with other trainers to support group classes and maintain an inclusive gym environment.

Required profile

• Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training or sports science from recognized institutions.
• Experience working in a gym or health‑club environment with modern cardio and strength equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends according to member demand.
