Procurement Manager

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) procurement portfolio across its manufacturing sites. You will partner with plant leadership, engineering, supply chain and operations teams to ensure supply continuity, cost optimisation and strategic supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary procurement partner for Dammam, Epping and Olayan plants.
• Manage MRO, capital, building services and indirect procurement activities across GCC operations.
• Develop and execute category strategies that drive cost savings and value creation while maintaining supply continuity.
• Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and lead performance management initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement colleagues to leverage scale, best practices and innovation across EMEA.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering or operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid data interpretation capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced settings and managing supplier negotiations.
• Fluent English.
