Project Finance Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Project Finance Team Member to join Lamar Holding’s senior investment team in the GCC region. The role will drive the commercial and contractual aspects of large‑scale infrastructure and energy projects from concept through to financial close, working on multi‑billion‑dollar PPP and IPP transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial workstreams for competitive bids and bilateral opportunities in social infrastructure, transport and utilities.
• Coordinate large‑scale PPP and IPP tenders, integrating technical, legal and financial inputs.
• Review and negotiate concession agreements, power purchase agreements and availability‑payment models, ensuring robust risk‑allocation and bankability.
• Negotiate financing documents from mandate letters and term sheets to facility agreements and inter‑creditor packages.
• Provide strategic oversight to financial, legal and technical advisors, aligning external expertise with equity objectives.
• Structure bilateral deals from MOU to definitive project agreements.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in a Tier‑1 developer, infrastructure fund or project finance advisory firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in social‑sector PPPs, availability‑payment models, or utilities projects.
• Strong understanding of project document bankability and ability to negotiate complex risk matrices with governments and lenders.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in high‑pressure bid environments.
• MBA from a top global institution or CFA charter holder.
