Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) – Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction firm in Bahrain is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to support villa and high‑rise projects. The role involves preparing estimates, bills of quantities and cost plans while collaborating with engineering and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take‑offs.
• Generate quantities based on drawings and specifications.
• Assist in cost planning and budget preparation.
• Analyse construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost‑control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of experience on villa and high‑rise construction projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
