Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our leading construction firm in Bahrain. The role focuses on villa and high‑rise projects, handling cost estimation, BOQ preparation and quantity take‑offs to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to perform accurate quantity take‑offs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost‑planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse construction quantities and costs, providing recommendations to the engineering and project teams.
• Maintain comprehensive quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost‑control activities from inception to completion.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience on villa and high‑rise construction projects.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
