Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) – Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction firm in Bahrain is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to support villa and high‑rise projects. The role involves preparing estimates, bills of quantities and cost plans while collaborating closely with engineering and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs and detailed cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Assist in budgeting and cost‑control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and analyse construction quantities and associated costs.
• Maintain accurate quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial activities and coordinate with project teams on cost matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of experience on villa and high‑rise construction projects.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
