Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) – Bahrain

About the role

We are a leading construction firm in Bahrain seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to support villa and high‑rise projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take‑offs.
• Generate quantities based on drawings and specifications.
• Assist in cost planning and budget preparation.
• Analyse construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost‑control activities across the project.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of experience on villa and high‑rise construction projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
