Real Estate Sales Agent – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent with at least two years of experience in the Bahrain property market. You will join a growing team focused on delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers while expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new leads.
• Conduct property viewings and match clients with suitable listings.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system and update property portals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of real‑estate sales experience in Bahrain.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Bahraini driving licence (required).
• RERA certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property portals.
