Recruitment Officer

About the role

Grant Thornton Abdulaal, a professional services firm in Bahrain offering audit, tax and advisory services, is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join its team in Seef. The role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new employees. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
• Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Fluency in written and spoken English
