About the role

We are seeking a passionate Life Coach to join our people‑centered organization remotely. You will guide individuals toward personal and professional growth, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions focused on personal and professional development.
• Identify client goals, strengths, challenges, and growth areas.
• Develop personalized coaching plans and actionable strategies.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support throughout the coaching journey.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and development programs on personal growth topics.
• Track client progress, adjust approaches, and maintain confidential coaching records.
• Collaborate with internal teams on wellness, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on coaching methodologies and personal development trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and manage multiple clients.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and client‑centered support.
