Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Restaurant Manager and be the driving force behind memorable dining experiences. You will lead one of our hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring every guest feels the warmth and light of exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, overseeing guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting and policy enforcement.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service and product quality, assessing satisfaction, addressing issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, professional development and recognition.
• Drive revenue growth with innovative marketing, up‑selling techniques and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, interview and onboard talent to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) to serve Arabic‑speaking guests.
