Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a café restaurant in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a large team to meet service standards and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost business.
• Coordinate all restaurant operations, including shift scheduling and inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain product quality, enforce sanitation and safety regulations, and control costs.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast requirements, and minimize waste.
• Promote the brand and foster a positive working environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or a business‑related degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing restaurants.
• Strong financial management and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive food‑and‑wine knowledge.
• Leadership, motivational, and people‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software.
