Retail Confectionery Crew Member

About the role

Join a leading retail group in Bahrain as a Crew member in our confectionery outlet. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure product quality, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, including after‑sales assistance.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Achieve sales targets and promote upselling and suggestive selling.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and packaging details.
• Follow daily production schedules and recipes according to brand standards.
• Prevent cross‑contamination and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Keep the workstation, display area, and back‑of‑house clean and organized.
• Assist in loss prevention by monitoring for shoplifting and reporting incidents.
• Observe safe working practices and grooming guidelines.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 1‑2 years experience in a similar crew or retail role.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Cash handling.
• Food safety and hygiene compliance.
