Retail Project Manager

About the role

The Retail Project Manager will lead and oversee custom joinery and retail installation projects for a reputable interiors company. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and excellent communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate projects by coordinating kick‑off meetings with internal departments, fit‑out teams and general contractors.
• Conduct site assessments, surveys and provide technical feedback to the Setting Out Manager.
• Manage project schedules using MS Project, generate progress reports and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain daily communication with fit‑out teams, factory personnel and clients, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Travel across the MENA region and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends as required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years experience in joinery manufacturing, managing hospitality or entertainment projects.
• Strong ownership, planning, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Excel, Word and MS Project.
