About the role
The Store Supervisor ensures the highest level of customer service and supports retail staff to maximise sales. The role also covers end‑to‑end store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss.
- Coach retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales KPIs.
- Manage daily roster, leave requests and staff grievances.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
- Audit store administration and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
- Fashion‑forward appearance and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
