Sales Agent – Residential & Commercial Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to drive residential and commercial property sales in Manama. The role involves generating leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and achieving sales targets in Bahrain’s vibrant real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate property sales leads.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Match client requirements with suitable properties and negotiate prices and agreements.
• Follow up with clients and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Bahrain’s real‑estate market trends and property regulations.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of real‑estate sales experience in Bahrain.
• RERA License preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Bahrain property market and real‑estate industry.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage.
