Sales Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Designer to join our team and help drive revenue growth by turning client visions into compelling design proposals. The role blends creative design expertise with strong sales acumen, focusing on retail, building‑materials, and luxury‑furniture projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and layout proposals that align with client requirements and our product portfolio.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and 3‑D visualisations for retail and interior projects.
• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide consultative sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet cost targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems and track project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience in retail‑management environments; experience in building‑materials or luxury‑furniture is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in 3D Max.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
