About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive Trainee to join our advertising services team in Bahrain. This entry‑level position offers a one‑month training period followed by a full‑time role based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and qualifying new clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to develop negotiation skills.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
