About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our luxury resort team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts.
- Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking.
- Handle MICE inquiries from lead generation to conversion.
- Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for seamless execution.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations.
- Conduct site inspections and deliver client presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Required profile
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments.
- Target‑oriented and proactive approach.
Required skills
- Fluency in Arabic.
