Sales Representative – Skincare & Beauty Advisor

About the role

Join a leading e‑commerce retailer in Bahrain as a Sales Representative focused on skincare and beauty. You will provide personalized consultations, help customers build confidence in their routines, and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their skin concerns, goals, and preferences.
• Recommend tailored skincare products and explain benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through personalized consultations.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent service.
• Promote new launches, K‑beauty trends, and in‑store campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels, report low or expiring items, and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with product checks for pricing, quality, and display readiness.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep displays clean and organized, and ensure tester hygiene.
• Support in‑store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Share product highlights on social media to boost engagement.
• Process payments via POS systems and manage exchanges or refunds efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or skincare (experience is a plus but not required).
• Passion for skincare and beauty trends.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail in product presentation and merchandising.
• Calm, professional handling of customer concerns.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
