About the role
The Senior Project Engineer will independently execute fast‑track fit‑out projects, overseeing the entire site lifecycle from client handover to final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the project on‑site from possession to handover, ensuring scope, schedule and performance targets are met.
- Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities to maximise labour, material and equipment efficiency.
- Maintain accurate construction progress records and oversee vendors and trades.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality, cost and time management standards.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
- Strong technical and execution abilities, preferably with professional fit‑out contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
- Valid local driving licence.
