We are seeking a dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead our retail location, turning strategy into action while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own the business, empower your team, and shape memorable shopping journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Set the gold standard for service and ensure every interaction reflects the brand.
• Handle complex customer situations with confidence and care.
• Continuously improve the customer journey to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and close gaps quickly.
• Use data and insights to maximize revenue and optimize product performance.
• Lead the execution of promotions, campaigns, and in‑store launches.
• Oversee daily operations, stock levels, inventory control, and audit processes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and senior staff.
• Plan staffing strategically for peak periods and ensure optimal store presentation.
• Maintain full compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and financial accuracy.
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of retail experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing teams, sales, and store operations.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking.
• Confident decision‑maker in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
