Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Sitrah, Bahrain. In this full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle repairs and maintenance while ensuring a smooth workshop flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on required services.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, documenting vehicle details and customer requests.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications, service requirements and workshop procedures.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.
