Showroom Manager

About the role

DOME, a leading interior design and building‑finishes company in Bahrain, is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead its Tubli showroom. This full‑time, on‑site position works on a split‑shift schedule and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including product displays and environment upkeep.
• Engage visitors and clients, understand project needs, and present suitable design and finishing solutions.
• Guide customers through product selection and ensure smooth hand‑over to design, engineering, and production teams.
• Track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and coordinate inventory levels.
• Develop, mentor, and manage a team of showroom staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall showroom standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven sales experience in showrooms, interior design, or building‑materials environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with clients.
• Experience supervising or leading retail/showroom teams to meet operational and sales goals.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems for reporting, scheduling, and inventory follow‑up.
