Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring that work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and timelines. This role is pivotal in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on‑site while coordinating with multiple project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage materials, manpower, and site reporting.
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical issues on the site.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer.
• Good understanding of construction and civil works.
• Ability to manage and supervise site operations independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred.
