About the role
The Site Lead Mechanic will direct all aspects of aircraft operation, maintenance, and support equipment for the CLS system. This position is contingent upon contract award and serves as the on‑site liaison with the Government.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for aircraft, subsystems, and support equipment.
- Manage launch and recovery, inspections, and material handling.
- Oversee supply of contractor‑owned spares through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP) program.
- Coordinate repair and overhaul of repairable spares at FAA‑certified repair stations.
- Supervise aircraft painting, engine repair, and overhaul activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years maintaining King Air or 1900 Airliner series aircraft, including complex modifications.
- One year or more as a site lead on a similar effort.
- Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

What we offer
- Salary range $90,000 – $150,000 per year.
- Housing allowance and hardship pay where space permits.
