Social Media Manager

About the role

NomuHub is seeking a full‑time Remote Social Media Manager to shape and grow its online presence. You will plan and execute campaigns that showcase sustainable travel experiences, engage a community of purpose‑driven travelers, and support the company’s marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across major platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust tactics for optimal reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing team members, and creative partners.
• Respond to community interactions, messages, and comments in a timely manner.
• Coordinate social media coverage of trips, events, and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and optimization.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with basic design or video editing, or ability to work with creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, sustainability, or impact‑focused organizations is a plus.
