Software Engineer / Senior / Lead – Full‑Stack Development

About the role

We are looking for a solution‑oriented software engineering professional to design, develop, test, maintain and continuously improve high‑quality applications. The role involves building scalable, reliable and secure systems while collaborating with product, design, data and other technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain reliable software applications and services.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into effective code.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Develop APIs, backend services, frontend applications and integrations.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain automated unit, integration and functional tests.
• Troubleshoot defects, production issues and performance problems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps and data specialists.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and project delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Evaluate new technologies and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and system design.
• Experience with object‑oriented programming, software architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• API design and development.
• Automated testing frameworks for unit, integration and functional tests.
