Tender Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead the end‑to‑end tender process for high‑value opportunities. Working remotely from Bahrain, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to develop compliant, winning proposals that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from RFPs, RFQs, ITTs and other procurement notices.
• Develop and implement tender strategies that meet customer requirements and business goals.
• Coordinate proposal development with sales, engineering, legal, finance, procurement and operations.
• Prepare technical, commercial and financial submissions ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Manage tender schedules, document control, approvals, risk assessments and submission deadlines.
• Create pricing strategies, support commercial negotiations and maintain bid libraries.
• Monitor win rates, pipeline activity and drive continuous improvement of the tender process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, procurement authorities and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Law or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in tender/bid management, proposal development, procurement or commercial operations.
• Proven track record managing complex public and private sector tenders.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration and commercial evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and handle multiple high‑value tenders simultaneously.
