UI/UX Engineer – Digital Product Experience Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic UI/UX Engineer to lead digital product experience initiatives for a leading bank in Bahrain. You will combine product management, user‑centered design, and emerging technologies to create innovative banking and financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for digital product experiences across banking channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces and integrate AI‑powered features.
• Lead the development of digital payment solutions and fintech innovations.
• Ensure consistency of design standards and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in digital product management, UI/UX design, or related fields.
• Bahraini nationality with a notice period of up to 30 days.
• Proven track record in banking, fintech, or payments environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technology trends.
