Valuations & Modeling Senior Manager / Director (Oil & Gas)

About the role

EY Parthenon is recruiting a Valuations Senior Manager (also listed as Director) in Bahrain to support its MENA-based Oil and Gas clients. The role covers strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation, with a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver valuations and modelling projects for large Oil and Gas clients to a high standard
• Drive growth through business development and active solution positioning
• Perform valuations and modelling assignments
• Draft presentations and reports, formulate views and present conclusions to clients and teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business
• At least 7 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients, with a significant part spent at a Big 4 firm
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, purchase price allocations and fair valuations
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and financial reporting
• Ideal candidates: valuation experience in a professional services/Big 4 firm with large clients, commercial drive for business development, and progress toward a CFA, CA or other professional qualification
