Warehouse Supervisor - FMCG

About the role

A proactive, results-driven Warehouse Supervisor is sought to oversee daily warehouse operations in an FMCG business, based in Bahrain. The role sits in the Supply Chain / Warehouse department and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation and timely system updates.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures to rotate stock properly and minimise product expiry.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, damaged goods, returns and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure customer and distributor orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
• Lead, allocate and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, safety and optimal space use in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Distribution and Finance teams.
• Prepare regular reports on stock accuracy, productivity, damages and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stocktaking and expiry control.
• Good leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
