About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Watchman to safeguard our premises in Manama, Bahrain. The role involves maintaining a secure environment for assets, staff and visitors while supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism and other security breaches.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment and access points.
- Ensure security systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, preparing detailed incident reports.
- Maintain a daily activity log and collaborate with management on security protocols.
Required profile
- Previous experience in security or as a watchman is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
- Capability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
