About the role
The Asphalt Foreman will lead on‑site paving operations for Nass Asphalt, planning, organizing and supervising all activities to ensure safety, efficiency and quality compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Organize workforce, equipment and tools for preparation and laying works.
- Execute mainline projects or multiple small projects safely and efficiently.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
- Calculate material quantities required for site activities.
- Verify levels during laying operations and oversee rolling procedures.
- Monitor uniformity, surface regularity and inspect joints with a 3‑meter straight edge.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly site and enforce protection measures.
- Prepare and submit reports, reporting issues to the General Foreman or Senior Planning Technician.
Required profile
- Secondary School Certificate.
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in site supervision.
- Strong report writing, communication and supervisory abilities.
