QA-QC Inspector

About the role

Responsible for conducting site inspections and quality control activities on construction projects to ensure that works, materials, testing and documentation comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements and company quality procedures. The position is based on‑site in Riffa and works closely with the QA/QC team and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials and workmanship.
• Verify inspections, tests, trials, measurements and results against approved procedures.
• Review technical results, identify discrepancies or non‑conformities and report them to the QA/QC Manager.
• Maintain equipment, calibration registers and quality records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Site Engineers, consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support corrective actions, NCR close‑out and other quality control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of construction/QA‑QC experience on building, roads, bridges or infrastructure projects, preferably in the GCC.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality documentation systems and maintaining calibration registers.
