Associate Consultant – SAP Testing (Manual)

About the role

The Associate Consultant SAP Testing is responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP solutions, including requirement analysis, test case design, and execution. The role works across the SDLC and STLC, managing test data, tracking defects, and ensuring quality through effective testing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review software requirements.
• Support the lead in estimation and planning of testing activities.
• Prepare test cases and test data.
• Execute test cases and test data.
• Achieve testing metrics such as productivity and defect removal efficiency.
• Report defects and prepare test status reports.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to research detailed tasks.
• Understanding of business processes and SAP module functionality.
• Capability to solve detailed SAP problems and explain best practices.
• Team‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving, creative thinking, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
• Strong presentation skills.
