About the role
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to manage both inbound and outbound telephone interactions. The position blends sales activities with customer service, ensuring that every caller receives accurate information and helpful support. Success in this role requires a high‑energy, self‑motivated individual who can maintain a positive rapport with customers over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from existing and prospective customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to promote products or follow up on inquiries.
- Deliver sales messages and encourage purchases during conversations.
- Provide clear and courteous customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone to build lasting rapport with callers.
