Demi Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will support the Due Mari station, preparing authentic Italian dishes for guests at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. Reporting to the Chef de Partie, you will ensure high‑quality output while maintaining the resort’s culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Chef de Partie instructions to prepare and plate Italian menu items.
• Write daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food and kitchen transfers, obtaining approval from senior chefs.
• Maintain portion size, quantity and quality as defined in the recipe index.
• Organise mise‑en‑place for production and service shifts in collaboration with the Chef de Partie.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Diploma or certification from an accredited culinary school.
• Demonstrated passion for quality cooking and Italian cuisine.
