Electrician

About the role

Euro Motors, a leading luxury automotive retailer in Bahrain, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's facilities and showrooms operate safely and efficiently through installation, upkeep, and emergency repairs of electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools.
• Install conduits, new wiring, electrical points, and breakers for facility upgrades or routine maintenance.
• Conduct daily preventative checks of all electrical connections to maintain operational safety.
• Respond to emergency electrical calls, including after‑hours, to ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical support and oversight to mechanical, civil, and electrical subcontractors on site.
• Maintain compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, HSE regulations, and safety standards.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks and assist with moving assets or furniture when required.
• Report faults and document repair activities as directed by the Admin Manager or Supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a qualified electrician, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Secondary school certificate; a professional diploma or certification in electrical studies is highly preferred.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including light plumbing and asset shifting.
• Reliability to handle on‑call and emergency requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support multiple departments.

Required skills

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Operating specialized electrical testing and repair equipment.
