Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead the ultra‑luxury Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, ensuring seamless operations across all departments and delivering the brand’s legendary guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with Department Heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa & Health Club, Food & Beverage, Culinary).
• Motivate and develop a guest‑focused team of “Heartists”.
• Drive compliance with the hotel’s Annual Budget and 5‑Year Strategic Plan.
• Assist in preparing and achieving the annual Operations Budget/Plan.
• Oversee monthly financial performance for Rooms, F&B and Spa, including yield management.
• Contribute to redevelopment and capital projects from an operational perspective.
• Ensure implementation of all Raffles standards and handle guest concerns promptly.
• Lead health and safety initiatives and participate in hotel committees.
• Act as General Manager in their absence and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive operations management experience covering Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple departments to meet GOP, EES and health‑safety targets.
• Clear knowledge of budget planning and execution.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in hospitality (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest‑relations skills.
• Strong leadership, motivational and coaching capabilities.
