Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will oversee HR functions for a store environment, covering talent acquisition, development, performance management, and rewards. Working closely with business stakeholders, the role ensures a productive and efficient workforce aligned with store goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous compliance with company policies, code of conduct, employee handbook, attire regulations, schedules, and facilities.
• Provide advice to managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions.
• Support managers in team development and ensure employees have the skills needed for current and future business needs.
• Guide performance review cycles, manage the appraisal system, and communicate learning and training needs to Talent Development.
• Follow health and safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct exit interviews, transfers, relocations, and keep accurate documentation.
• Deliver training programs using prepared content.
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for lower and middle‑level positions.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, and contribute insights to improve engagement and performance.
• Implement efficient staff structures, coordinate budgeted hours and headcount, and ensure compliance with local laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Fluency in English.
