Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will work on‑site in Manama, supporting day‑to‑day HR activities for Al Manzil Hotel Bahrain. This full‑time position ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with local labour laws, and a positive work environment for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking and personnel records.
• Ensure HR policies and local labour regulations are consistently applied.
• Handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns and support performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to raise service quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and maintain engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and internal procedures.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, handle confidential information with integrity, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
