Junior Estimator – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its interior fit‑out and bespoke joinery projects in Bahrain. The role involves working closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations teams to deliver accurate financial and budget analyses for upcoming contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and update internal databases following QA procedures.
• Issue enquiries to the supply chain, select optimal suppliers or manufacturing locations, and negotiate best prices.
• Analyse supplier quotes, compare terms and conditions, and prepare tender analysis for internal review and client presentation.
• Install detailed cost data to enable contract review and monitor mark‑ups for tender meetings.
• Ensure tender summary sheets are signed off according to Quality Assurance standards.
• Attend client meetings, review specifications, drawings and bills of materials to identify risks and pricing strategies.
• Participate in hand‑over meetings between Estimating, Operational and Commercial teams, providing necessary project information.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
